Premier of his Fantasy for orchestra, played by the Concertgebouw

Stops teaching and is co-founder of the Nederlandse Vereniging tot Ontwikkeling der Moderne Schleppende Toonkunst
1919
Teaches music theory at Rotterdam conservatory
1923
Publication of his scripture "De Muziek in het Licht der Anthroposophie"
During Wold War II he is not allowed to work, due to his Jewish ancessors
1946
Head of the society of Dutch composers "Geneco"
1948
Royal honor for his 70th birthday
23.10.1954
Dies in Den Haag
