Starts to play clarinet

Additionally playing saxophone

As a third instrument he starts playing flute

Four years in the army, 98th Army Band in Trieste

Member of Mat Mathews´ band

Playing for Pete Rugolo

Foundation of his own jazz sextet

Stay in Brasil and recordings with Jobim, Gilberto and other Brasilian music stars
