Said to be the founder of the modern Polish flute playing. Among his students were: Feliks Tomaszewski , Wacław Chudziak , Zenon Jelinski , Franciszek Langner , Wlodzimierz Tomaszczuk, Antoni Primke , Idzi Hankiewicz , Czeslaw Majsiuk, Elzbieta Dastych-Szwarc
