Starts studies in Leipzig with Carl Reinecke, which took four years

Job offers from Marburg (Music director of the university) and Chicago (teacher at the conservatory)
Piano teacher in Wesserling (Alsace)
1889
Head of education classes for piano at the music school in Bale
1896
Head of music school
1898
Composition of the Sextet (woodwind quintet + piano)
1900
Part of the initiative to found the Tonkünstlerverein Switzerland
11.06.1900
Premiere of the Sextett in the music hall of the Bale Casino
1905
The music school expands and becomes a conservatory, Huber remains the head
1914
Composition of the quintet for woodwinds with piano.
1918
Due to health problems withdrawal from all positions and move to Locarno
15.06.1918
Premiere of the quintet in the Theatre of Lausanne, being part of the 19th Tonkünstlerfest of Switzerland
25.12.1921
He dies in Locarno
