From the second-hand-bookshop. I couldn´t find anything about the composer or the edition. The music is dedicated to three musicians of the national orchestra of Saxonia. The third one, a bassoonist named Wilhelm Knochenhauer, lived from 1872 to 1940. He is called a colleague and thus the time of composing of this work should have been in the first few decades of the 20th century. This would also fit the look of this big format sheet music, made of soft paper.
